Valleydale Counseling Center in Birmingham, Alabama is a non-profit 501(c)(3) counseling center that opened in May 2025 and offers biblically driven and clinically sound counseling to our community.

As a non-profit, we are able to provide services at a reduced rate, compared to other counseling centers in the Birmingham area, and still pay a competitive hourly rate to our therapists, who are all licensed and well credentialed in both biblical and secular therapies. Our counselors are equipped to see youth and adult clients (ages 3+) facing depression, anxiety, marriage and family issues, suicidal ideations, sex trafficking, burnout, anger management, addictions, and more. We use multiple evidence-based modalities of therapy, including CBT, SFBT, REBT, EMDR, Art Therapy, and more. We have partnered with a local safe house for women and adolescents who have been sex trafficked to provide group counseling and education. We also have partnered with the International Mission Board and other mission sending organizations to work with missionaries who are experiencing depression, burnout, and trauma.  If you would like to donate to our organization, please click the link below, or send a check to Valleydale Counseling Center 2367 Lakeside Drive Suite A1 Birmingham, AL 35244.
